This is a TEMPORARY/SEASONAL job from January thru April 2024. In order to be considered for Hire, you must possess ALL of the following qualifications:

Office Clerk Position:
Full-time Office Clerk, we prefer that you are not currently working elsewhere or attending school because you may need you to be flexible to work anytime between 9am-9pm, Mondays thru Sundays. Our usual FT day shift is Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm.
Part-Time Office Clerk, hours are available from the following shifts: 9am – 3pm; 12pm – 6pm; 3pm – 9pm 6pm- 9pm Monday thru Sunday. If hired, we will work around your current full-time job or schedule.
Bookkeeper position: You must have basic knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks programs. You will be under minimal supervision and your goal is to complete QB entries and produce reports as needed. (POSITION NOT OPEN AT THIS TIME)
Tax Preparer position: You must have basic knowledge and experience in 1040 Tax Preparation. To provide the highest quality of service and to efficiently address our clients’ every need, you will be trained on the use of our tax software program. (POSITION NOT OPEN AT THIS TIME)
You must be punctual for your work shift. Lateness and absences will result in termination.
You must have prior work experience showing Customer Service with good communications skills AND Computer (preferably Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook) skills. Your prior employers will be called to verify your work experience.
You must be able to multi-task. This job requires that you must be able to handle pressure as this office gets extremely busy. You will be expected to work well (as a team) with your co-workers.
You must have your own car or have reliable transportation to and from work. Part of your job is to drive to Rev. & Tax and do other errands.
You must be detail-oriented and have organizational skills as we are dealing with personal information of the clients.
Your workstation shall be in the patio area of the home office where there is no air-condition. You must be comfortable to work in a somewhat hot environment.
You must act in a professional demeanor and have an extroverted personality at all times. Someone who is approachable, always has a smile, friendly, helpful, and courteous to others.
We are seeking trust-worthy applicants who will take this job seriously and keep the confidentiality of the client’s personal and tax information.
You must attend mandatory Training. Training will be conducted during the month of December. You must pass Training in order to be hired. You will be paid for Training.
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
